Our Team
The experienced team at Wild Rivers Chiropractic uses the most current and up-to-date methods for treating our patients. Among the issues our staff are most experienced in treating are neck and back pain; sports and accident-related injuries; and neurological conditions.

Jacob J. DeSantis, D.C.
Owner/Head Chiropractor
Dr. DeSantis is the founder of Wild Rivers Chiropractic. Jake was born and raised in the Rice Lake community. His passion for chiropractic was instilled at a young age, being raised with multiple chiropractors in the family. He graduated with honors from Northwestern Health Sciences University and moved back to the community in 2018. During his doctoral education, Jake was elected president of the Rehab 2 Performance Club on campus. This leadership role sparked an interest in different treatment options, such as IASTM, therapeutic exercise and kinesiology taping, in addition to chiropractic adjustments. In his free time, Jake enjoys staying active, fly fishing and snowboarding.
He looks forward in welcoming you to Wild Rivers Chiropractic of Rice Lake!

Brittany
Office Manager
Brittany as a mom of two boys spent many rewarding years as a stay-at-home parent, focusing on raising her kids and supporting her family. That time taught her patience, organization, adaptability, and how to handle just about anything that comes her way. Now that her children are getting older, she’s excited to step back into the workforce and start a new chapter.
When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her spending time with her kids and husband, enjoying the outdoors hunting or fishing, or staying active with a good workout. She values hard work, persistence, and making the most out of every day.
Being a stay-at-home mom gave her a strong foundation of real-world skills, and she is looking forward to bringing that same dedication, reliability, and positive attitude into her professional life.
